The terms of our Guarantee requires you to consistently use the product(s) for 30 days.

We also require before & after photos so please ensure you take photos right from the beginning of your ISLE & GØLD journey.

If after 30 days you have any issues, we'll provide a refund once you have returned the product(s) to us.

We provide a full refund inclusive of the shipping cost to you - however you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to our Brisbane headquarters.
