All of our products are manufactured in Queensland, Australia.

For normal skin, use 1-2 times weekly.

For oily/problematic skin, use 2-3 times weekly.

With 2 x scoops per use using our multi-purpose application brush you'll get approximately 25 masks out of one jar.

Yes! Providing our Pink Clay Mask in powder form means we've been able to avoid using synthetic preservatives, keeping our formula truly 100% natural.

With our product being all natural you'll also notice it smells like a dream. No chemical smell like other brands!

Having our mask in powder form also means the product won't dry out in the jar - which can happen with paste versions.

Yes! All of our products are perfect for sensitive skin, however we do recommend doing a patch test prior to use.

Our Australian Pink Clay Mask is designed to purify congested pores of excess oils & toxins and our 5.0% Niacinamide Vitamin B Serum helps to regulate your skin's oil flow - both of which assist with fighting acne.

These two products alone however will not completely cure acne. We recommend consulting with your GP or dermatologist if you experience ongoing acne issues. Our products are best used alongside acne treatments for added visible results.

We also require before & after photos so please ensure you take photos right from the beginning of your ISLE & GØLD journey!

If after 30 days you have any issues, we'll provide a refund once you have returned the product to us.

We provide a full refund inclusive of the shipping cost to you - however you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to our Brisbane headquarters.

Yes - but only if we haven't shipped your product yet (you will have recieved a Shipment Confirmation email).

If we haven't yet shipped your product, please send an email pronto to hello@isleandgold.com.au with your order number and either 'CANCEL ORDER' or 'CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS' in subject line.

If we've already shipped your product, you are able to return the product for a refund (we must receive it in as new condition). Please click here for return address. We do not reimburse the shipping fee you paid to return the product to us.

Unfortunately if you have entered the incorrect address and we have already shipped your product, we will not provide a refund. Please triple check your address prior to confirming your order.

We are only able to change your delivery address if you notify us PRIOR to us shipping your parcel. Please send an email pronto to hello@isleandgold.com.au with your order number & 'INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS' in subject line.

Unfortunately if we have already shipped your parcel (you will have received a Shipment Confirmation email) then we are unable to ammend your address and you will not be provided with a refund. Please triple check your delivery address before confirming your order.

You are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes (eg. GST, VAT) levied by the country you are shipping to.

We are unable to refund or reimburse any orders that are held by customs. Please check your local tax, import and customs requirements before purchsaing from us.

Refusing to pay these additional amounts will result in your delivery being returned to us.

If your item arrives back at our headquarters in as new condition we will refund you the cost of your item, minus the costs of shipping to and from your country.

Returns & Refunds :

Please email a photo of the incorrect item and your order number in subject line to hello@isleandgold.com.au. No need to return it, keep that as an apologies for our mistake! We'll get the correct product sent out to you ASAP.
