ISLE & GØLD’s returns policy is valid for up to 15 days from date of purchase.

We must receive the product in as new condition – meaning the product must be unused, have no signs of wear and tear and packaging must not be damaged.

Any items received damaged will not be entitled to a refund.

We recommend packing the product securely and using tracked postage as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

The shipping fee paid when placing your original order with us will be deducted from your refund.
